The Jaipur Municipal Corporation will hold zone-wise Seva Setu Abhiyan-2026 camps from October 7 to 16, allowing residents to submit civic complaints, pursue pending cases and apply for municipal services closer to their neighbourhoods.
The campaign will cover sanitation, repairs to cement-concrete and asphalt roads, street lights, drains and sewer lines, along with the maintenance and beautification of public spaces. The Jaipur Municipal Corporation will also accept applications for a range of civic permissions and registrations during the camps.
Residents will be able to apply for birth, death and marriage registrations, fire no-objection certificates, trade licences, sewer connections, mobile tower and optical fibre cable no-objection certificates, building permissions, urban development tax and lease-related matters. Complaints and cases that have remained pending will also be taken up for resolution, according to the report.
The camps will be organised across eight zone-wise groupings. Sanganer will host the first camp on October 7, followed by Mansarovar on October 8 and Vidhyadhar Nagar-Murlipura on October 9. Camps will then be held in Jagatpura-Jhalana on October 12, Jhotwara-Vaishali Nagar on October 13 and Malviya Nagar on October 14.
The final two camps are scheduled for Kishanpole-Hawa Mahal-Amer on October 15 and Adarsh Nagar-Civil Lines on October 16. The schedule places the campaign across major residential and administrative areas of Jaipur rather than concentrating services at a single municipal office.
The programme will also accept applications for welfare and public assistance schemes. These include pension schemes, the Chief Minister’s Free Electricity Scheme, PM SVANidhi and PM Surya Ghar Yojana. The inclusion of these schemes means the camps are intended to function not only as grievance counters but also as access points for applications requiring coordination between residents and public agencies.
For the civic administration, the campaign brings routine services, infrastructure complaints and permissions into a common, time-bound public interface. For residents, its effectiveness will depend on how pending cases are recorded, which departments are present at each camp and whether complaints requiring field action receive follow-up after the scheduled dates.
The Jaipur Municipal Corporation has scheduled the camps through October 16. The supplied report does not specify the daily timings, venues within each zone, documents required for individual applications or the mechanism through which residents can track complaints after submission.
