Rail connectivity between Telangana and northern Karnataka is set for a significant upgrade after South Central Railway (SCR) regularised three weekly express train services linking Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and Charlapalli with Belagavi. The move is expected to strengthen regional mobility, improve access to commercial centres, and support growing inter-state travel demand across emerging urban and industrial corridors.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The newly regularised services convert previously operated special trains into permanent weekly express routes, reflecting rising passenger demand between the Hyderabad metropolitan region and Karnataka\u2019s northern districts. Railway officials stated that the services will improve travel access for business commuters, students, pilgrims, migrant workers, and small traders who frequently move between Telangana and Karnataka.\u00a0<\/span>Under the revised schedule, separate weekly trains will operate from Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and Charlapalli to Belagavi on different days of the week, with return services scheduled from Karnataka the following day.
