In this context, real-time water quality monitoring is increasingly being treated not only as a utility function but also as a critical urban resilience tool.<\/span>The GHMC initiative is also expected to establish a centralised monitoring platform capable of generating rapid alerts for authorised agencies. Officials say the system will incorporate cybersecurity and restricted-access protocols to ensure sensitive environmental and public-health data remains protected.\u00a0<\/span>Infrastructure analysts believe projects of this scale could eventually influence how Indian cities integrate technology into environmental governance.
