Three people, including two two-wheeler riders and a pedestrian, were killed in separate road crashes in Pune, while the drivers of a dumper and a truck involved in two incidents fled the scene, according to a report by Punekar News.

The crashes took place on Shankarsheth Road, Katraj-Kondhwa Road and in Somwar Peth. The incidents involved vulnerable road users across three different parts of the city and are being investigated by separate police stations.

Rihan Munir Khan, 20, a resident of Ghorpade Peth, died after a speeding dumper hit his two-wheeler on Shankarsheth Road at around 1.30 am on October 11. Khan was travelling from Seven Loves Chowk towards Swargate when the collision occurred. The dumper driver fled after the crash.
